The first time I came across the Sonic Producer software was a couple of months ago. A fellow college mate of mine asked me to check out the software. We studied Digital Audio Technology in Cogswell Polytechnical College in California. Both of us know a thing or two about how to splice and put beats together.
Since my friend was so hyped about it, I decided to head over to www.sonicproducer.com to see what the buzz was all about.
My first impression on the web site was quite neutral. I like the dark background colors though. I feel as if I’m in a dance club :)
I’ve worked on music production studios before when I was in college. We had to create a musical piece as part of our course thesis. It is the same type of studio you see great music producers such as Timbaland, Dr. Dre, P. Diddy etc worked in to producer their award winning piece.
However, our school’s audio studio is not as grand nor had as many equipment because we didn’t have the millions of dollars to furnish it.
Reviewing The Sonic Producer Software
When I first looked at the Sonic Producer application, I was quite intrigued. It has 16 fully functional tracks which mean I can combine a large variety of beats and sound.
What impressed me the most is its online web platform. I had used other music mixing software before. I had to install the application on my computer to get it working.
It seems Sonic Producer is web based and runs of the internet. This reduces the hassle trying to get constant updates for the application.
There is also a large selection of sound and beats. The software has preloaded sound such as drums, guitars, piano, cymbals and chimes, horn and brass etc.
I don’t think there’s any limit to what you can do with the software. Everything is hinged on your own creativity.
Before I got the software, I actually did a Sonic Producer review on the internet to see what other people thought of the application. So far, the feedback are quite positive.
Heck, the software is only $29.95 and it comes with 60 days money back guarantee. I am actually quite pleased with the offer. I only wish I had it with me when I was studying in Cogswell. Then, I wouldn’t have to queue to get access to the college recording studio to work on my music piece.
